Orange Jordan has announced the opening of registration for a new edition of the "Qadroon" Training Program, in partnership with Ablers, a social enterprise dedicated to the training and inclusion of persons with disabilities. This initiative aims to empower youth with disabilities, develop their digital and professional skills, and enhance their opportunities for integration into the labor market.

This edition of the program targets 40 young women and men with disabilities aged between 18 and 35, who hold university degrees. It includes 10 days of intensive training, divided into two cohorts of 20 trainees each, designed to equip them with the necessary expertise and capabilities needed to support their personal development and strengthen their professional presence.

The training program covers a range of core areas, including change management, emotional intelligence, artificial intelligence tools and digital skills, and digital transformation, alongside other skills that contribute to enhancing participants' professional capabilities. The program also incorporates a dedicated mock interviews day, with the participation of employees from Orange Jordan’s Human Resources Unit, allowing participants to experience a simulated, realistic work environment and receive direct guidance that helps them improve their performance and better prepare for employment opportunities.

Additionally, the program provides training for 40 Orange Jordan employees on inclusion and the integration of persons with disabilities, and the importance of providing accessibility and independence to promote their active participation in society.

Orange Jordan affirmed that the initiative reflects its unwavering commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and building a more inclusive society, under its "Differently Abled, Definitely Enabled" umbrella. This commitment aligns with its comprehensive strategy for corporate social responsibility, which is built on inclusion and equal opportunities. It also translates its commitment as a trusted digital partner to create a positive and sustainable impact on society by bridging digital gaps, empowering individuals and communities, and contributing to building a more digitally inclusive future in the Kingdom.

For its part, Ablers stated: "We value our partnership with Orange Jordan, as it serves as an effective model for private-sector involvement in supporting inclusion and empowering persons with disabilities. We believe that such collaborations open new horizons for youth with disabilities to develop their capabilities and access real opportunities, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive labor market."
