Amman, October 5, 2026: Zain Jordan and LOYAC have renewed their partnership agreement to launch the second edition of the (Your Future Zain) practical training program, which aims to equip university students and recent graduates from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines, including students with disabilities, with the skills and practical experience needed to embark on their professional careers and successfully enter the labor market.

The program forms part of Zain Jordan’s ongoing efforts to invest in the potential and capabilities of Jordan’s young talent by providing participants with practical experiences and specialized knowledge that contribute to developing their skills and enhancing their readiness to capitalize on available career opportunities. Notably, 97.2% of graduates from the first edition of the program secured employment, highlighting the program’s impact in bridging the gap between academic learning and the requirements of the labor market.

The launch of the second edition further reflects Zain’s continued commitment to supporting the education sector and creating an enabling environment for students and graduates to develop their capabilities and build sustainable career paths. This commitment stems from Zain’s belief in the importance of investing in youth as a key pillar of development, while equipping them with the skills and experience that open broader opportunities for growth, economic independence, and meaningful contribution to building a more sustainable future.

The program offers 30 training opportunities delivered across two phases, combining theoretical and practical training. Participants will take part in a series of specialized sessions covering labor market requirements and trends, as well as ways to effectively navigate the workplace. The program also addresses essential personal and professional skills, including time management and stress management, in addition to applications of artificial intelligence and their practical uses.

As part of the program, participants will also complete 16 hours of community volunteering through LOYAC’s (Service Is My Joy) initiative. This component provides participants with a meaningful community experience that strengthens their spirit of collaboration and teamwork, while fostering initiative and a sense of social responsibility.

The program also provides participants with an opportunity to further develop their personal and professional skills, gain a deeper understanding of workplace expectations, and acquire practical experience that enables them to navigate professional challenges and prepare for the next stage of their careers.

The partnership between Zain Jordan and LOYAC dates to 2018, during which the two organizations have implemented several initiatives aimed at supporting education and serving local communities through LOYAC’s (HOMES) program. As part of this collaboration, Zain has contributed to the renovation and rehabilitation of eight public schools across various villages and communities in the Kingdom.

These schools include Othman bin Affan School in Jerash in 2018; Jelaad Basic Co-educational School in 2019; Afanan Basic Co-educational School, affiliated with the Qasaba Madaba Directorate of Education, in 2020; Najdah Basic Boys’ School and Najdah Basic Co-educational School in Jerash in 2021; Al-Basiliyah School in Al-Jizah District in 2022; Al-Qastal School in 2023; and Umm Al-Yanabee Basic Co-educational School in Ajloun in 2025.

Through this continued partnership, Zain Jordan and LOYAC reaffirm their shared commitment to empowering young people, supporting education, and creating opportunities that contribute to the development of a skilled, capable, and inclusive workforce in Jordan.
