مدار الساعة - وقّع مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجي مع مستشفى إربد التخصصي، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون الطبي والصحي بين الأردن والولايات المتحدة، وفتح آفاق جديدة للشراكات في مجالات الرعاية الصحية، التدريب الطبي، والبحث العلمي.
مثّل المجلس في مراسم التوقيع رئيس مجلس الإدارة الدكتور طارق نجيب، فيما مثّل مستشفى إربد التخصصي رئيس هيئة المديرين الدكتور وصفي الرشدان، وذلك بحضور عدد من المسؤولين من كلا الجانبين.
وتركّز الاتفاقية على تطوير برامج التدريب الطبي، تبادل الخبرات، دعم الأبحاث العلمية، وتعزيز الربط بين المؤسسات الصحية الأردنية ونظيراتها الأمريكية. كما تهدف إلى بناء شراكات مع جامعات ومراكز طبية مرموقة، والمشاركة في برامج ومبادرات مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية ضمن رؤية مشتركة للنهوض بالقطاع الصحي الأردني وتعزيز مكانته إقليمياً ودولياً، وتوسيع جسور التعاون المؤسسي بين الأردن والولايات المتحدة بما يدعم الابتكار الطبي ويوسّع فرص التطوير والتأهيل.
The Jordanian American Business Council (JABC) Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Irbid Specialty Hospital
The Jordanian American Business Council has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Irbid Specialty Hospital, marking an important step toward strengthening medical and healthcare collaboration between Jordan and the United States, and opening new horizons for partnerships in healthcare services, medical training, and scientific research.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Tareq Najeeb, Chairman of the JABC Board of Directors, and Dr. Wasfi Al-Rashdan, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Irbid Specialty Hospital, in the presence of senior representatives from both sides.
The agreement focuses on developing medical training programs, facilitating the exchange of expertise, supporting scientific research, and enhancing connections between Jordanian healthcare institutions and their U.S. counterparts. It also aims to foster partnerships with leading universities and medical centers, and to engage in the regional and international programs and initiatives of the Jordanian American Business Council.
This cooperation aligns with a shared vision to advance Jordan’s healthcare sector, elevate its regional and global standing, and expand institutional collaboration between Jordan and the United States—supporting medical innovation and broadening opportunities for development and professional capacity-building.
